You would’ve thought that picking Manchester City’s goalkeeper for a home match with Crystal Palace would be a safe selection, wouldn’t you? But these are strange days for the champions, and so Ederson contributed minus six points to our team last weekend. Cheers, mate.
Anderson, Hazard and Sané all hit double figures, but it wasn’t enough to put us among the cash prizes. Before we get to our fantasy football week 20 selections for Draft Kings‘ game, here’s the matches from which we need to select our side.
The big match this weekend is Liverpool vs Arsenal, and we’re backing the home side to emerge triumphant. Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah are in great form, and are certainly capable of keeping the Gunners at bay and putting them to the sword respectively.
The Reds battered Newcastle in their last match, but will Watford do likewise this weekend? It will help our team if they do, as we’ve gone for Troy Deeney and long-term Twelve favourite Roberto Pereyra.
We’ve also selected two players from in-form Tottenham Hotspur. Wolves are arguably the best of the rest outside the top six, but Spurs should be too strong for them at Wembley. Much like we did with Liverpool, we’ve gone with a player at each end of the pitch: Toby Alderweireld and Son Heung-Min.
For our final two berths we’ve picked players who featured in our most recent team of the week. Zanka got on the score sheet for Huddersfield at Old Trafford on Wednesday, but is more likely to pick a clean sheet when Huddersfield take on Fulham. Cardiff’s Neil Etheridge kept Palace at bay last time out, and will be kept busy by a buoyant Leicester City side who defeated the champions last time out.
Here’s our team in full, all the best!
